- 1ea package Pick’d Mizuna
- 1oz dried Singer Farm Cherries (any will do, but these are the best!)
- 1 oz Fresh chives or scallion (finely sliced)
- 1oz dry roasted pistachio nuts
- 1 Bosque Pear
- 1 can Prepared Togarashi (Japanese seven spice)
- *Liquid aminos or soy sauce would work if you were unable to find this in the international aisle
- 2 T toasted Sesame oil

Step 1

Halve the pear, using a melon baller remove the seeds and core, place on Grill for 2 min a side warming and charring. Slice each half pear into 3 and place on plate

Place Fresh Cut Mizuna in center of Pear wedges

Sprinkle cherries, chives and pistachio over each salad

Drizzle toasted sesame oil, followed by a dusting of Togarashi
